Our Mission
Our story began in the practice rooms and concert halls of the Royal College of Music. As we honed our craft at one of the world’s leading conservatoires, we realized that the joy of music isn’t just found in performance, it’s also through sharing our love of music with as many people as possible.
We founded the Music Teachers Collective because we believe that world-class musical training shouldn't feel out of reach. Our mission is to take the elite standards of education we received and strip away the intimidation, replacing it with a personal, inspiring, and joyful environment for every student. We aren't just a group of graduates; we are a community of musicians who remember exactly what it felt like to first fall in love with our instruments. Today, we bring that love into homes and schools, dedicated to guiding the next generation of musicians with the same passion that started our own journeys.

In School Music Lessons
A complete peripatetic solution delivered by Royal College of Music artists. We handle the recruitment, parent liaison, and marketing of your music department, while managing all invoicing and student exam entries to ensure a standard of excellence with zero admin for the school.
Fully Managed Service
We handle everything. From coordinating timetables with your school office to managing parent billing and instrument hire. Your staff can focus on the school day while we handle the music.
School Concerts
We don’t just teach notes; we build musicians. Our programmes include termly "Collective Showcases," ensemble coaching, and masterclasses to give students a real stage to shine on.
Distinguished Teaching
Our teachers are more than just tutors; they are Royal College of Music graduates. We deliver 1-to-1 and small group lessons that follow accredited grade paths (ABRSM/Trinity) or bespoke creative goals.
